Hias some already know i was denied cancellation of removal, but of course I will appeal, which is
a few months before response, my question is this what happen if I divorce and get married to a usc
my wife is willing to divorce and go back to my country and this lady wants to do me this favor

Why you want to make your wife a scapegoat to get GC. Do not do that please. She seems to be a good lady, who is ready to sacrifice for your betterment. You are lucky to have such a understanding wife. You should be proud of him and reward her with all your love, instead using her by divorcing her to get GC. She is ready to divorce you because for you GC is more important than her. You do not know, what your want to exchange for a GC. Think again my friend.
You may get another chance to get GC, what you will always regret to lose such a caring wife.
Think again. Better you fight your appeal.

thanks Umesh for your response, maybe i dont make myself clear, me and my wife were rejectesd for cancellation, both will appeal, but her fiend who is a usc told her to divorce me, go back to my country, i marry her to get my papers (if possible) then divorce her to go back to my wife
since she will go back to my country to avoid the 10 years penalty, so she thinks will be more easy
which i doubt it since i am in deportation preceedings but i'll also remember one case like that but can't find it.

This has marriagefraud written all over. Do you realize what you are trying to do is a federal crime?

Why were you denied in the first place?

To be honest, the US can miss people like you.

What you are talking about is may not work for you. If you really care for her, then you should wait for outcome of your and your wife's appeal. May be you have or can have a USC child and because of child both of your can get GC.
Think again.

It's people like you that make it hard for legitimate married people. We have to "prove" our marriages are for real because of this. Let's hope this board finds out your IP address and lets INS know about your plan.
