      USC means United States Citizen

Please describe 'the other term'. LPR? (Legal Permanent Resident)

the time it takes to process a case? depends on the case.

anything specific that you are curious about?

If you mean the difference between procesig a case on...

USC (United States Citizen)and LPR (Legal Permanent Resident) ?

Its easier / faster to get approved thru USC than LPR, but you need to take on mind each case is different...

But if you could apply thru both..USC and LPR, i would tell you to do it thru USC.

          Hope it helps
