Change of address question

Hi,
I filled out and sent away a change of address form a month ago, just before I moved. Does anyone know if you receive some sort of confirmation from INS that they have received it? If so, when can I expect it?

You should receive a confirmation letter, but I never did...

Also if you have any application pending you should write a letter to that office with your ALIEN NUMBER, RECEIPT NUMBER, NAME, and NEW ADDRESS otherwise they won't have your new address even though you sent your AR-11, RIDICULOUS EH?THAT'S HOW IT WORKS.
