How does it take to approve my I-130 for temporary green card?
I expect we get approval in Nov,2003 because I have to enroll the university. ( u know, if i have a green card, I have some benefits )
Now I have only B1/B2 visa for visiting. Can I come to USA using my B1/B2 visa, and petition for my green card. Is it possible to get a green card in 11 months? Please help me
