  • Is there any possibility?

#1. Was married to US citizen 4yrs via which i gained permanent residence. Was recently divorced. How soon can I remarry?

#2. (a) the person i wish to marry ONLY has a has a tourist visa, would i be able to file for him?
    (b) Approximately how long would this process take?
    (c) is there anyway possible way for us to be together while awaiting processing?

      1. YOu can remarry as soon as the previous marriage is legally ended

      2. a)if you are en LPR or USC you can file for your spouse
      b) if you marry in the US and your spouse stays here, depending on the SC anywhere from 1 year to more than 3 years
      c) once you get married here he can stay in the US and file for AOS. If you file a fianceevisa first you have to be wait to be approved so he can come over but from what I've read in your post it seems that he is in the US so he can stay
