Hi my EDA is about to expires in 3 months. I know I need to send to the INS 2 photos and $120 for processing.Question: Do I need to send copy of my actual EDA or anything else? Thank you

Hello Sandra:

I'm going to save you some money. Effective today, INS has reduced fee for many benifit applications. The new fee is $88 for EAD, that's a net saving of $32. YOu owe me a lunch. Also make sure that you write your name and A# on the back of your pictures and use pencil.

Be sure to also write your name and A# on the check in case they are separated. Send a copy of the old EAD.

I recently renewed my EAD. I took all the documents with me, and that includes the pictures that I spent hours cutting to fit the required dimentions. All they took was the form and the money. No pictures.
