    Me and my husband are both out of status i'm a (ADN) U.S graduate.as a registered nurse what is the easiest way to do to get a green card?
    245i is an option but it's very complicated.i have an employer who are willing to sponsor on my behalf.but the problem is my case is not under section 245i please help!!!

          If you have been out of status for 180 days, there may be a good chance of getting permanent residence. If it has been more than 180 days, you will need a waiver of inadmissiblity.
