    My husband got voluntary departure, after denial of assylum appeal. We got married and filed I-130 as both residing in USA. INS officer said he had to leave and wait for I-130 in his home country. Will it matter that the address filed in the original I-130 is the address in USA, if he is now in South America. Do I have to notify INS or do they know.

      I-824 to be filed to move petition to the consulate of his native country.
