I feel that most of the ins officers personal feelings is that they think that immigrants shouldnt be allowed to come to this country let alone marry outside of the us.I know this from knowing one that works at the airport as a ins officer.this could be the reason why the forms are not being processed faster than it could because of their prejudice against immigrants.
