i came here when I was 16 and now I am 21 in college. I am under removal proceeding now. I am married to a green card holder, she has filed application for naturalization and still waiting for interview. If she file a petition for me,can I adjust me status?
i have a hearing coming up soon, but i have no defense as to why they should allow me to stay?
