    No, your grandfather can not adopt you. Unfortunately, you can only sponsor him for a visit visa. There is no way for you to sponsor your grandfather for permanent residency.

    I've recently become a USC, and would like to bring my only close relative, my grandfather to the US. Anyone knows how I can do that? My parents are deceased. Whould it help if I had been adopted by my grandfather? Anyone, any ideas?
