Does anyne know if this bill will be put up any time soon. I know that in July it was set to be passed, but was pulled at the last minute. I am told that it may be put up this year or next. write your congressmen and ask your friends and family to write them too. If they hear people saying that they want teh bill passed it is more likely to move up the list of priorities.
