I will be entering the US legally but my husband has no papers. What would be the best way for him to come with me. What about a B2 visa and then extend it ? ANY suggestions welcome

B1 visa will not be issure to him as he is your husband and you are entering legally here, he should apply for k/v visa. If he got the B1 without showing that he is your husband then it will be misrep case and have problem in AOS in later stage.
