WAIVER FOR HARDSHIP

when and how did they deny your hardhship waiver?

just not enough hardship...

What was the basis for the denial?

I'm sure they said you met the normal hardship guidelines and not extreme hardship.

The INS denied my waiver for hardship three times...but stil they did not send me a notice to appear in front of an INS judge...I have been waiting for their reply for about a year..
I Hired a new lawyer who said
that I need to file again for AOS and another waiver for hardship...but he wants first to retrieve my file and see what is in there exactly...will asking for my file trigger a deportation ??? anyone with the same experience please advise ???
