my brother's petition wasfiled by my sister (USC)and approved on april 17 91.His priority date is nov 12,90. his unmarried son's birthday is April 11,75. He has received letter to identify his agent's name and address.Since on Aug 6,02 his petition was pending(as visa is still not issued), I believe that his son will be eligible for status protetion under CSPA. will he be able to immigrate with my brother? or will he able to follow my brother soon after based on same priority date? what is supposed to do at this point in time? if anybody has any idea, please respond.
