  • 3 question from a Canadian who just married a USC

    1. I am 40 years old...and when I get a medicial do I need my records from Canada eg...like shots?
    2. Can I get a work visa right away if I have a child to support?3.I do volunteer work 4 days a week at the hospital...would this help me get a work visa faster...if I get a letter to state that when I become legal...I will have a job?

    Any help?

You can apply for work authorization when you file the Adjustment Application. Past medical records are always helpful, but not always necessary.

Feel free to contact me at info@myronmorales.com if you have any questions.
