Did some one worked with a SS not for work can be detected for the INS

a friend is going to be able to emigrate with de CSPA , but for a short time she was working with a S.S not for work, could the INS detected no matter was a short time and when she have the interview what can she said if the Official ask about it, the reason was because their mother was so ill and was drowing and thats why she decided to help her for a little time meantime she recovered, but she dont want to use one fake SS because also she will have some problems making a fraud ..Please someone help me

If she used her real name this can be tracked. Was she using a fake social security number?
