I just found out my wife to be a USC and my intend sponser who will be filing 4 me was on welfare for 2mos in 2001, she is not now. Also, she had her kids taken away from her and given to her mother due to 1 incident when she spanked her kids. This was done by the state.

WILL THESE 2 INCIDENTS AVOID HER FILING FOR ME.

If she is not on welfare now then there is no problem. If she had been on Welfare then, she would have to stop it after marriage. As far childs, that incident has nothing to do with your petition. She can sponsor you.
