I am told that the cases in Vermont are solved faster than in other states.
My wife will be joining me in Vermont soon and we are thinking of moving our case here.
She has not been finger printed though we have made the application for AOS.
My questions are:
Is it wise to move the case. (It would prove economical on us)
In the event that the interview date is too abrupt and we cannot secure a flight on time, will the INS office accept a letter to ask for a reschedule to a more approrpiate date.
Are there penalties for missing an interview?
