I am going through very serious domestic problems. I am a dependant on my spouse's Greencard. We are very close to our stamping.
Is there anyway my spouse can go alone for the stamping without informing me? What will happen if my spouse files for the divorce after the stamping?

Him going alone won't probably happen as it is your passport that needs to be stamped and they require both spouses to be present.

It might raise suspicion that he files divorce right after the stamping but once it is, the follow-up of your case by the INS is extremely minimal so there is only a slim chance that they would find out.
