I met my USC girlfriend during a seven week vacation here last year. We kept in touch when I returned to UK. I came back here on a 90 day visa waiver. We are co-habiting and I am paying the rent and utilities. Can we get married without any further visa requirements?

Sure... u can get married to anyone you want but regarding visa stuff... its better if u get K1 fiancée visa before marrying or K3 visa after marriage or DCF ...

You could get marry and file AOS, however if it comes to light to the Immigration Officer conducting the interview that you entered the US with the purpose of marriage, it would be considered 'visa fraud' since you should have pursued a K visa... and therefore they would deny your AOS, and when you enter on VWP you do not have any rights to appeal or anything, you better research in this issue.
