I have I-485 application pending fron I-360 approved on january 29th 2002.
my I-130 was approved in 1995 my priority date is june 16, 1995.I lost my sister in cameroon what can I do Iwant to know if i'm eligible to apply for advance parole.and where should I applied(wich office Vermont or Baltimore)

Guys, my friend is thinking to apply for advance parole but he does not know how to do it neither do I. We do not even know which department we should visit. We would truly appreciate it if you could help us out.
