I'm in CA. I have my license since 1986. Now, the law change. My license can not renewal due to the legal present status and ssn is required. what can I do? Is there any short cut?

Unfortunately at this time the Law is against you and you can not get license. In South there are still few States who issue DL to people who does not have any legal papers, their creteria is based on different set of points and documents. You may try there.
