Visitor visa for Canadian PR

  • Visitor visa for Canadian PR

    hi,

    i am canadian PR have received a visitor visa to go to USA. the visa is for 3 years.

    1. does it mean that i can stay in USA 3 years? or they will decide that at the port of entry?

    2. when i come back do i have to report at the USA port of entry?

    does any body have any idea?

      When you will reach at port of entry into the United States then the Immigration officer will give you permission specifying period for your stay. Since Exit/Entry system is in place, so Immigration will know when you actually left the country because they will put that data in the computer.
