How to get Green Card

Hey guys how do I get a green card/immigrant visa? I am working on the following ways:

1. Lottery
2. Marriage
3. Employment
4. 500K Biz Startup/Hiring 10 Employees

Are there other ways I'm not aware of? If I was on a nonimmigrant visa for 5 years I can't apply for citizenship right?
