  • H-1 Visa

My wife is on an F-2 visa. She has a five year degree in pharmacy from Egypt. Right now she is volunteering some hours in a drug store. The owner wants to hire my wife and he wants to know if there is a way that he can pay my wife. My wife does not have a pharmacist licsence in the US yet. Do you think there is a way that my wife can be hired? Thanks

She may be eligible for an H-1B. Medical related personnel are in demand. I'm not sure if pharmacist is also on the list of medical professions on Schedule A, making AOS an faster process. If it is, then that would be the safest approach.
