    Not absolutelys ure but you can apply for EAD which should not take more than 90 day, if longer you can go in personally and ask for interim EAD.

    Whatever you do do not work on expired EAD whcih might get you in serious trouble (as well as you employer).

    Can someone answer this for me: I am on L2 Visa and I got an EAD which is now expired (as has my I94).Subsequently my husband's L1 was renewed from here(US). I did not renew my EAD but now I am getting job offers. How long will it take to get it renewed and is there a way to get a temporary EAD immediately?
