Hi everybody,
we got married last year, 2 days after me entering the US. We filed AOS and EAD imidiatly, 2 days later with the new federal center. I am wondering now what will happen the day my 90 day permit expires and with my EAD not being processed.....
I know that I would have been able to get an 90 day extention after 90 days of filing for the EAD. I was told though, that with the new process there where no walk-ins anymore to get the extention.
Has anybody experienced this problem and has a solution to that problem ?
