    I have been trying to assist a friend with applying to work at a nurse in US. I am very confused about all of the nursing and INS paperwork. Does anyone know about nursing and immigration requirements for a nurse that does not have a 4 year nursing degree but has a 3 year degree from a Guatemalan technical college? thanks. cindy
