  • fiance...need help

If anyone could help me with my situation, I will greatly appreciated.

to make story long short....My fiance was denied her visas on march 20, 2002 after her interviewed in vietnam (because i accidently put her down as single, when she were divorced). I wrote numerous letters and prove of our love for each other to the consular in vietnam, there were no answers.

recently on january 20 2003 i receive a letter from ins in nebraska intended to terminate my our applications. they also stated that if i can prove that we still in contact with each other after her denial...they reconsider our case....

    my questions are:

    1. what should i send to them ( so far i send)

    a. phone bills, my fiance divorce documents, letters & emails to each other, picture, airline tickets, western union receipt, and letters of family and friend support.

    2. how long usually it take for them to process this kind of situation?

you might contact www.clearedforlanding.com. thats an attorney i contacted asked him some questions for free. seemed knowledgable, he advised me not to marry abroad, as it takes about twice as long. cant hurt to get his opinion.

i am waiting for my fiancee visa, and nebraska is the slowest of em all. they are still processing july requests. so be prepared for a wait, seems they are sitting on there hands. good luck.
