It depends on country specific also. If a USC files for his/her parents it falls under IR category which is very fast moving and always have unlimited Visas available. If documents are filed in the United States it takes about 6 - 12 months for parents to come in the U.S. but if documents are filed directly at U.S. Embassy then it takes about 3 - 6 months only.
As far siblings are concern it is long wait everywhere from 12 - 18 YEARs.
Sponsor your parents and then let them sponsor your siblings that will be much faster than your sponsorship.Good luck.

Also, once parent gets sponsored they get green card correct? Which means they will wait 5 years to become citizen so as to sponsor siblings.

If the siblings are under 21 years then parents with GC will be able to sponsor them. By the time parents will become citizen their petition would have already approved and will come quick under IR or F1.

My parents came to the US by the sibling's petition. It was filed at the Vermont Service Center and all the process took less than 11 years.
