Hi everybody,
I need to know about the usual ordem of approval for those who file for AOS(through marriage to a USC) in the local immigration offices in LA.
I waited for 6 months for fingerprinting, and now a paralegal told me that they will only approve I-130 when they schedule my interview(which should occur whithin 3 months).
Is that the usual procedure? Has anybody ever received a notice of I-130 approval before/after the interview for temporary residency?
Another question:
Is there such a thing as fingerprinting for EAD for those who filed for AOS through marriage to a USC?
Appreciate your contribution.
