  • Employment question

If I (a US naturalized citizen) own a successful business can my business hire my sister (a student visa holder) who will graduate in the near future from an american college?

Are there any limitations if I follow the INS regulations?

    Thanks for your help.

Yes, your business can employ her on H-1B visa. It's irrelevant you are siblings as long as you do all the paperwork in the name of the busines.
