Got some questions for you guys...
My wife is going to apply for my green card, im from mexico, entered the country with a visitor's visa (expired already), i became HIV+.
So we need to submit the whole package (I-485, I-130, AOS and I-601 waiver)
Since the waiver takes 1 year minimun on CDC (Atlanta, GA) and the interview and all that takes about the same time i was wondering what happens in between...
I mean, you still get EAD while the process still going and then get the interview with the results?
Or will i be witouth status and/or working permit for 2 more years until the whole process is done??????
Thanks
