  • Sammy. More than just a little desperate.

    Sir, et al,
I am nearly 50 yr. old, and have not worked in recent yrs. I managed by pooling invesment income with mother. I have seizures and mini-strokes. I married into a family, that made
two threats of the utmost extreme, and others of less degree. I was forced to carry thru with a GC, under duress. As a result, my monies vanished, and I was warned not to report these people. I filed divorce, and later had dealings with INS. They had me sign a withdrawl petition, nine months prior to 751 filing. I gave info to Border Patrol, and interview with U.S. Treasury. My wife called, and said she hired a lawyer, to ruin me. He got an injunction, which prevents me fom any investing, or pooling, seperate property, without getting court permission. It is an outrage. Further, wife has no intention of granting divorce. I just wondered. If I refile divorce, in Jan., and if she has no legal status as of that date (if INS took it away), can i press forward, on my own, and have the judge wrap this up, because of her not being able to contend a USC, in a U.S. court? Thank you, or anyone, immensley.
