Can I be deported for offenses tht ocured in 1966 and 1973?

I have to say in all fairness to those who advised me not to go to the Deferred Inspection because I would be detained on the spot and deported, that I believe they were looking after my best Interest and I appreciate their concern for me, but running is not an option for me, if I broke the Law then I would be doing it again by running and I'm not about to do that, I'm just not the same person now.

Good to see that CBP placed you in proceedings. I need to mention that the CBP officer at the Deferred Inspection Office has no real knowledge of the status of those who are placed in proceedings. Once before the EOIR, CBP officers do not participate in the proceedings.
