What will happen?

I've a mater hearing after a week on charge of overstaying. I've a pending I-360 petition (notice of action)and I have an approved I-130 as a brother of a USC.My police record clear and I've been in USA for 4 years. I'm representing myself. Now what do you expect INS judge will decide? Will he allow me a stay, and how long ? Will he ask for a bail bond_if so how much approx? Thanks alot.
