    Here's my dillema:
    I applied for AOS under LIFE ACT via I-485. Had my interview in December, where I was asked to provide more info, which I did very shortly after. As of today, the case is still pending. Now my EAD card expired last month, and I applied for a renewal and that is going to take another 90 days. I have a valid SSN(w/o "not valid for Employemnt"). With my employer, do I use the SSN or the expired EAD.

    Please help...

      MSC usually takes 6 weeks to process EAD; at least it did for my EAD.
