Also..to put it all together they ask you to use ACCO fasteners...if you not sure what they look like then check out online www.staples.com and search for ACCO fasteners

Omg, I have been here for hours retyping the first page of my G-325A over and over, I am so tired, I keep messing up. This is 8 pages to be typed between me and wifey.

Yeah, that really confused me, I thought I had to do two pages for me and two for her. At the bottom of each, there is a different page number equalling four pages. I think they may use each different page to attach to a document they create, and I fear they wouldn't make a copy from just one set.

I-130 & I-485 both require G325A's. Somewhere I read even if different applications require the same forms, attach forms to both. So this is 16 pages. Some people make one folder for all supporting documents, but I am gonna have the supporting docs after each application, with tabs at the bottom, like the site says. What I'm gonna do is type the 8 pages, photocopy them without signature to duplicate for the I-485, then sign all 16 pages. Probably good idea to make extra copies in case of signature mistakes. By the way, if you had not posted last night, I would sent the AOS in and got automatically denied. Something to do with an original document. We owe you big time! Thanks!

Yeah thats what i did, typed one copy each and then photo copied the rest,,its such a pain.

Make sure that you make a copy for each application for your self, that way you know what you have sent, and if they turn around and say well you didnt do this or that, well you have the copies to show you the proof and you have sent them. I have heard that the INS tend to "misplace" your documents and blame it on you. So do that, if you havent already.

It is good to have a copy of all documents filed not only with INS also with other Government Departments.
I have a personal experience. I sponsored my elder son in 1996 and he was interviewed in December, 1997 but they needed more information and did not issue him a visa. He was given a letter to that effect. Thereafter, we had contacted US Embassy in New Delhi several times, I called from here and had written them numerous letters but of no avail.
Ultimately, I went to India last year and enquired at US Embassy but nobody could give me proper answer. One person will leave and will send the next person to talk to me. Needless to mention that most of staff working there are local Indians.
After visiting them 4 - 5 times. Then I was pissed of and one day, I told them that I want to see the First Secretary or the Embassador himself. They won't allow me to do that. Ultimately, I saw one American official in the hallway and showed him my US Passport and explained the problem. He asked me to wait for couple of minutes.
After about 5 minutes that gentleman came back with a lady. She introduced herself as Third Secretary and asked me to follow her to her office. In her office, I explained her everything. Then she called Incharge of Immigrant Visa Section and gave her all information with the instructions that my sons file be traced within a week's time.
Next week, I went straight to her and she called Incharge again. Incharge told her that they could not find my son's file any where.
I had all copies of petitions and correspondence, letters received from INS and NVC etc. They took those papers and made photocopies and reconstructed the file. After about two hours they gave me a letter for appointment of my son.
So, you must keep copies of your whole files.
