Guest repliedI would suggest that you seek the services of an attorney as soon as possible. People on this board are not lawyers, and seeing that your case is not straighforward, it is hard to offer you assistance.

Guest repliedHello,
I've got a question.
I had a L-1 visa which was revoked at the time I got my green card.
In spite of my wife and I had filled the green card application together, she was not invited for the fingerprint yet.
I would like to know if her L-2 visa is still valid.
If her visa is no longer valid, where can I find the law that supports such statement ?
Please help me because If I get that information I'll sue my attorney.
Thank you
