If you wish to send a custom mail-message, initiate a chat session, send a priority message or send virtual gifts to express your interest you will have to upgrade your account to a Full Member.

To upgrade your account, click on the 'Buy Credits' button located on the main console when you are logged into your account.

Credits do not expire while your account is active or hidden.

What features do you have?
The following features are available:

Instant messaging, mail messaging, gifting, winks, sending and receiving photos, member searches, favorites and blocking.

Instant Messaging


Female members are unable to receive collect instant messages. Instant messaging provides you with an opportunity to communicate with other members that are also online. Instant Messaging is like regular chat, but messages are always private between you and the member(s) you are chatting with. (You may simultaneously chat with multiple members for no additional charge.)

Custom Mail Messaging
Female and male members are unable to receive collect messages if they have set their profile options not to receive collect mail. Ashley Madison system email is just like regular email. It's safe, private, easy to use, confidential and can be accessed from any computer that has access to the internet.

To send a custom mail message, access the member's profile details page, click 'Message me', compose your message and click 'Send'. There is a 5 credit charge to initiate contact.

Collect Messages
There is a 5 credit fee charged when you accept Collect messages.

Priority Mail
You are able to sort your mailbox to view your priority mail and are sent an email notice advising when your mail has been opened. There is a 5 credit fee to send a priority message.

To send your custom mail message with priority delivery, select the 'priority ' option when you have completed composing your message.

Gifting
Send a Gift with a pre-composed or custom mail message to someone you admire.

When you send a gift you are automatically highlighted in search results for 7 days after sending your gift. You have the option to display how many gifts you recently sent on your profile.

If you do not wish the gifts you have sent to be viewed by other members you may remove it from your profile page by selecting Manage Profile, Profile Options and click the option "Check this box if you do not wish your gift badge to be visible on your profile page" then Save.

To send a gift, access the member's profile details page and click 'Send me a gift'.

Winks - Free
Male Guest members can send free pre-composed Winks.
Female Guest and Full members can send free pre-composed Winks.

To send a wink, access the member's profile details page and click 'Send me a wink'.

Photos - Private Showcase Keys - Free
Keep your personal pictures confidential in your Private Showcase. An admirer wants to see your photos? Send them a Key to view your Private Showcase and let them see more of you. To send a key, access the member's profile details page and click 'Send me a private key'. You may revoke keys at any time by accessing the member's profile details page and clicking 'Revoke the private key'. You may also revoke all or individual keys from the "Lists" section.

Search Tool - Free
Use the advanced search feature and discover who's available online now. Select a location, age, descriptions and photos (where posted) of local adults that meet your specific search criteria.

Favorites - Free
Keep track of your favorite members and we'll send you an email to notify you whenever they log on. Plus we always tell you when someone adds you to their favorites so you'll know who your admirers are. To add a member to your favorites list click 'Add to favorites' on the member's profile details page.

Blocking - Free
You may block a member by accessing their Ad Profile details page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Block". Yo are also able to unblock a member if you like. To unblock, access your “Lists” and select “Blocked Profiles”.
What do I do after I sign up?
If you haven't completed your profile and added photos, take a few minutes to add some finishing touches so that you receive the attention you want.

You can edit your profile details at any time for no charge.

You can add up to 13 photos to your account. You should describe your interests and preferences for others to know more about you and what you are looking for. The more information you provide about yourself, the more appealing you will appear to members reading your profile which will lead to more success.

You may begin by using the Advanced Search feature to locate members who are online and ready. When you find a member you're attracted to who is chat ready, you can initiate an instant message session, send them a wink or collect message.

If you wish to initiate contact you can upgrade your membership from Guest to 'Full Member' and purchase credits so you can initiate instant messages and/or send custom mail messages.

To purchase credits and upgrade your account so you can start communicating on a more personal level click the "Buy Credits" button where you can review all our discrete and convenient methods of payment.

Once you make contact with one or more members, give yourself some time to get to know them better. Chat and exchange messages. Don't rush things and suggest speaking on the phone or meeting for coffee in a public place before making any further commitments.
