You had entered legally and overstayed. Now you are married to a USC, so you will not have any problem with AOS.

Guest repliedIf i send the application I-130 and they see that i overstay mi visa, will i get denied? I got married last week and we are sending the whole I-130, I-485, I-765 all together but we are waiting for the print out for the past three years of my USC wife report. Should we send the I-130 first and the send the other I-485 and I-765 after that? my fear is to get deported or denied because of my overstay visa.
