processing times at local offices

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows the processing times for immediate relative petitions (I-130) at the Los Angeles office, or where I can find it? My British friend already has his green card, but I haven't heard anything, and we applied at the same time (both married USCs). It only took 3 months for them to process and approve his, but I am from Morocco, so maybe longer. Is there a website for these dates?
