ONe is for deportable and another is for inadmissable.
Bar goes for overstaying in US according to the length of stay in Two steps( less then 1 yr = 3 years and more then 1 year= 10 years) But bar triggers only if alien leaves ( deported Or self deported, left the country in any reason)
