i want to ask about my case ,i have F2b case and it will become current soon,my mom did it for me ,but for sure she is old lady and not worked in usa and have tax record or fill the tax for the past 3 years ,how can i proof this and let my brother co-sponsor me instead of mom,please help and thanks in advance.

Your brother can be a co-sponsor with your mom.

i know he can,but my question is what is necessary to do when they ask about my mom tax files,since she never because she never work .

Answer is burried under other posts too. She and her co sponsor have to prove that they will be able to support the immigrant financially. I-864 and I-864A form is the answer. read it.
