can any one help?

I want file for my PR without a lawyer, i have done the maths and i need to come up with $550 to do this. Although my husband and I cannot afford to do this in one go.

These are the forms that i need to file:-

1) Apply for permanent residency
2) petiton for alien relative
3) EAD
4) Biographic info (no fee)
5) affadavit of support (no fee)

which of the above 3 should i file first?
my husband says do the alien relative first?

And can i file PR and EAD at the same time?

I appreciate any one who can help.

I-130 should be filed first. you can do all three concurrently but I-485 will not be processed unless I-130 approved.

Check out if you need any supplement of exception with I-485.

What is the supplement of exception? What does it mean?

The paperwork you mentioned specially I-485 there is extra paperwork which should be filed with the I-485 called supplements check it out all supp. A, B, C... and others. and in some casee it required the exception to be filed with I-485.if you read 245 you will see the execption under ineligibnle aliens followed by how to file exception. read it.
