Many of his gathering centres (oil fields where oil are initially processed and send to the refinaries Or buster stations) are either closed OR not in operational because of sections, Some of them are under Kuwaiti Government Near Abdally Border. Which is only 100 Miles from Camp Doha.
when Iraq was fighting with Iran, GCC countries helped Iraq, with money and Amo, But Kuwait Extended his Borderline And captured Its( Iraq'S) Oil field (specially Oil wells), Now Kuwait has as much as 120 oil wells more From Iraq.
Gulf war of 2nd august 1990 was based on that dispute and the royality of oil, and credit of money which Iraq Owe to GCC countries, specially Kuwait. This is the internal story.
