  • Baby born American and petition for parent

    Hi,

We are two newly born American babies (a year old twins)from parents non American. We would like to move back to the States to acquire English as native language and grow up in bilingual setting(father is linguist). Can our mother benefit of some kind of immigration visa to allow her to stay with us for more than six months at a time? Or will she be better off just on her tourist visa (ten years) and request extensions over six months every time. Please help.

1-year-old can write? Come on, please write on behalf of yourself (i.e. parent).. it'll be easier for us to address the replies (Imagine a reply like this: "hello twin babies, your mother will .. blah blah blah"
