Hello,
I appeared for naturalization interview, yesterday. I got following letter.
1. You passed the test of English and U.S. history and government.
B. A decision cannot yet be made adout your application..
so, just to make sure,I checked my application form(N-400), yesteday again.. and i found that
I mentioned the wrong date of becoming permanent resident. It was typing error & not major difference..i.e. instead of 10/09/1998 I wrote 10/07/1998..
was this may be the reason INS officer not decided the case?..
however INS officer didn't ask anything @ date problem, or like that.
Shoud I inform now to INS?, Can INS deny the application only because of this typing error?
I never had any intension for lying..
Attorney help appreciated..
Please, give some reply..
