Last month OCt 7th 2003 I checked my status and it says that my case was transferred to the ins office in Chicago (IL) in other words Missouri center for them to schedule and conduct the interview or take any action on my case.this can take several months. Now the question is I am workin for the company in NY and living in NY if they had to transfer the case I was thinkin that they are going to in the local NY office for interview. If someone had or knows someone who had similar experience Please share and how long are they taking to schedule interview.
